For those of you who don't know what chapter is, it's a meeting for Greek chapters to discuss campus events, sorority or fraternity news/announcements and other business among all members. Formal Chapter is usually private for chapter members only as many times there are elements of rituals that cannot be discussed with non-members. These formal chapters have a certain dress code of business casual.
Every girl needs a little black dress that is perfect for formal chapter. This is the most basic of outfits which can be thought of as a fall-back outfit; to wear when you don't know what else to wear or don't have time to find a different suitable outfit. Here are two examples of suitable dresses:
